The following are designed to ensure a convenient and efficient booking process for the group ticket buyers and a safe and enjoyable show for all ticket holders. 

A group is defined as 10 or more individuals requesting tickets for the same performance.

Group rates quoted are inclusive of tax and service fee.  No surprises!

Group rates cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, discounts or gift certificates.

A deposit may be required for groups of 50 or more. 

Groups are considered confirmed after the receipt of a signed Group Event Agreement, however, seat assignments will be made after payment in full is received. Payment in full is required at least 8 weeks prior to the show date. If show date is less than 8 weeks out, payment in full is required upon booking. 

Payment types include:

• Credit card authorization form and photocopies of credit card(s). Credit card(s) will be charged immediately.
• Check payments are considered paid upon clearance of the check. Check payments must be pre-arranged with the group sales office. Checks should be made payable to Monte Carlo Resort and Casino and mailed to:

Any reception or customization fees must be paid via check, made out to Blue Man Group.  Check MUST be sent via UPS or Federal Express to Blue Man Group at the above address no later than 4 weeks prior to the performance.  

Requests for additional tickets to an existing reservation ("add-ons") are subject to availability and will be honored at the discretion of Blue Man Group.

No pictures or video of the performance allowed. Sketches are okay.

Authorized theater staff reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove any intoxicated or disorderly patron(s), any patron(s) disrupting the performance or any patron(s) who put(s) audience members or performers at risk.

Group tickets may not be resold, transferred or distributed to any ticket broker or any other person or entity for resale, without permission of Blue Man Group.

Group ticket buyers who wish to advertise their group event may not use logo art or images without written permission from Blue Man Group.

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Show times and dates are subject to availability.
